1How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your membership you must follow these steps.
  • Log into your PayPal account
  • Go to your settings
  • Go to your recurring payments and billing agreements
  • Cancel the recurring payment so that you don't get charged next cycle
Then send us an email to confirm the cancelation of your account.
2Why was I still charged if I canceled my account?
In order to cancel your membership, you must cancel the recurring payment that has been started in Paypal. If you do not cancel your payment agreement with PayPal, you will continue to be charged. To cancel your membership you must follow these steps.
  • Log into your PayPal account
  • Go to your settings
  • Go to your recurring payments and billing agreements
  • Cancel the recurring payment so that you don't get charged next cycle
3How do I see my purchased video?
To see your purchased videos, please go to My Account and go to Orders. If you purchased single videos, you can find them under the Orders tab. Click on the order associated with your video, then click the link to the video you want to watch. You will see the video appear on the tab named Watch/Listen.
If you have purchased a membership, you can find your videos under Memberships ---> Content. Click on the content you wish to see. .
4How do I find my orders?
To find your orders, go to My Account Then click n the Orders tab. Here you will find all pending, completed and canceled orders.
